Messrs. Dalgcty and Co., Ltd., xcport:— At our weekly stock salo held at Miller"s Road Yards, Dannevirkc, on January 12, wo offered a. fair entry of cattle and shoep to a good attendance of buyers. Our sheep entry was principally stuff of medium quality, and although, we succeeded in placing several lines under the hammer a few pens were passed, failing to reach vendors' reserves. We quote as follows:—Fat ewes, light, 315.; two-tooth wethers, 31s. to 31s. 5d.; two-tooth owes, to 355! Id.; four-tooth wethers, small, 325. 6d.; fat cows, to £13; fat two-year 6tcers, £13 55.; weanor calves, £3 55.; and a nice lino of 23 three-year-old bullocks, the entry of Mr. W.
