_—— TWO BOYS DROWNED. By Telegraph—Press Association. Auckland, January.4. Trevor Hirst, aged six, and Waitati .Rewba, aged four, were playing on a launch alongsido tho Russell wharf. An hour later the dead bodies of both were found floating in the harbour. KICKED BY A' HORSE. Timaru, January i. James M'Murchie.' aged fifty-nine, of Washdyke, was found dead in a watorrace'on the road at Arowhonua last evening. He was travelling with a stallion, and from a bruise oil- tlio head it is surmised that death was caused by a'kick. Two horses wero found loose. Deceased leaves a widow, one son, and one daughter.
