THE WEATHER
'All. extra-tropical' disturbance northward of Bay of Plenty has made matters uncomfortable in the north, while Wellington has continued .to enjoy excellent weather. The latest forecast' is for .unsettled weather to oontinue for a short time in the north, but warm and fair to cloudy weather generally. The barometer has a rising tendency in the north, but is expected to fall in the south after from twenty-four to thirty-six hours.
