SERIOUS RIOTS IN DRESDEN Rotterdam, Deftomber 20. Food 1 riots occurred at Dresden on the 17th, _ 18th, and. 19fcli.' Women marched in procession through the streets, and stoned tbo food shops, which wore closed owing to tho lack of supplies. They passed the King's palaco, shouU ing, "Wo want food." Several women were arrested: for using insulting language about the King. Tho riots culminated on tho .19th, when the_ agitators came into sharp conflict with tho police.
