Such a large number of schools—from Auckland to Southland—have sent their penny spending money that it is impossible to give receipts now. During the holidays they will be made out, so that teachers may give our grateful thanks as thoy reassemble. In two schools the prize money, at the request of scholars, was sent to poor children of the Motherland. A further amount will be forwarded after Christmas, tho need being great.—l am, etc., P. W. WHIBLEY. Tho Vicarage, Ormondvillo, H.B.
