WELLINGTON HARBOUR BOARD
The Wellington Harbour Board's last meeting for this year was "Field last evening;. There were present: Messrs. C. E. Daniell (chairman),'C.iW. Jones, J. G. Harkness, R. A. Wright, A. H. Hindmarsh, J. W. M'Ewan, J. G. Cobbe, R. E. Sinclair, M. Cohen, and R. Fletcher;
It was reported that the bank pass books showed tho accounts to staud as follow:—Current account, credit balance, £32,866; imprest account, credit balance, £2928; on fixed deposit, £60,000.
■ Payments were authorised as follow : For accounts and wages, £25,542; far progress payments on contracts, £3355; for salaries for December, £399. Total, £29,796.
