THE BALLOTED MEN. The period: of grace allowed the balloted men in Group s'(Wellington City and Suburbs) will expire ■ this morning. The recruits who_ did not present themselves for medical examination as direoted have been instructed to report at the. Buckle Street Barracks at 10 a.m. to-day, and any men who neglect this last call will become liable to immediate arrest as deserters.
