As correspondence for all neutral countries is' subject to censorship it is urged in order to avoid delays that such correspondence be posted in ample timo for the mail, the day previous to its dispatch if possible.

Parcels for dispatch by steamers and trains, with the exception of the usual ferry steamers for southern offices, closo at the Chief Post Office, Wellington, onehour hefore the advertised times of closins: of mails.
