A BRILLIANT SUMMER DAY
. While Wellington, was enjoying a brilliant summer day yesteday, heavy rain, was falling in the far north. The barometer has remained about normal over the Dominion, but. latest indications are said to bo for unsettled conditions at times in the northern and southernmost districts, and _ fair to cloudy woathor, with increasing hazo and cloudiness elsewhere. The barqmetcr. is stated to havo a falling tendency generally.
