CAMP NOTES

The P.M.O.'s Cup for the best kept hut at Trentham for the week ending December 9, was won by A Company, Twenty-third; C Company, Twentythird, were second. The cup for the best kept lines at the Canvas Camp, Featherston, has freen awarded to B Company, Twentysecond, for the week ended December 9. The following temporary appointments have been approved by the Camp Commandant at Featherston:— 22nd N.Z.A.S.C, to be Sergeants: Corpls. S. Sampson, W. Parkes, LanceCorpl. E. L. Adams, Cbrpl. H. Anderson, Corpl. J. Barrv, Lance-Corpl. W. Trembath; Corpl. H. Roche, 22nd N.Z.A.S.C, to bo sergeant-fitter; Pte. D. Clerk, 22ud N.Z.A.S.C, to he corporal; Sergt. W. H. Payne (cook baker), to bo staff-sergeant, Supply Depot Est, N.Z.A.S.C; Pte. A. H. Reodj Commandant's Office, to be orderly room clerk.
