18 DEATHS REPORTED N.Z.- MEN WITH AUSTRALIAN AND IMPERIAL FORCES HOSPITAL PATIENTS A casualty list, containing the names of 20 men, was issued on Saturday. Tho list was made up of 13 killed 'in actios, 4 died of wounds, 1 died of sickness, and 2 wounded accidentally. New Zealanders serving with the Australian and the Imperial Forces were reported on also.' A hospital and progress report covering members of the New Zealand Forces was issued. A large number of men are stated to be "not severe" oases. The names of next-of-kin' are given in parentheses, the relationship heing denoted'-by in. for mother, f. for father, sis. for sister, b. for brother, w. for wife, a for aunt, u. for uncle, c. for cousin, b.-in.-l. for brother-in-law, 6.-in-l. for sister-in-law, f.in-1. for father-in-law, 6. for son, fr. for friend.
