DESIGNS ON EGYPT
ENVER PASHA'S PLANS (Rec. December 6, 9.40 p.m.) New York, December 5. . The "New York Times" correspondent in Berlin has obtained, exclusively, a speech by Enver Pasha in the Turkish Parliament, indicating the Turkish plans for the invasion of Egypt. Enver Pasha said: "The Turkish offensive on Suez has not ITeon given up. "We are preparing on a large scale operations against Egypt. The campaign will be resumed at the right moment. Our retreat in the Caucasus was duo to lack of communications, but onr southern army is preparing for another offensive. Turkey has sent troops to assist in Galicia, the _ Dohrndja, Seres, and Drama, retaining sufficient to defend her own territory."—Aus.-N.Z. Cablo Assn.
