The terms fixed aro not, however,, available for publication, as the Minister of Labour (the Hon. W. H. Homes) agreed with the representatives of the "Drivers' Unions that he would, not disclose the " terms before Monday—tbis to enable the. union- leaders, to communicate- thetcrms lo their men before they'"'were' published."
