ANNUAL MEETING OF NEW ZEALAND ASSOCIATION. . By Telegraph—Press Association' Chrlstchuroh, November 30. ' At the annual meeting of the New Zealand Swimming Association tonighfwit was decided to ask the various centres to promote competitions for school children,'and to foster the art of swimming amongst them generally. A-?snb-committea was set up to. consider the addition of a fifty yards school boys' championship to the'next championship carnival.-. The Post and lelegraph Club was granted affiliation. It was resolved that the championship carnival be held this year. The election of officers resulted as under:— President, Mr. F. 11. Bowler; deputypresident, Mr. H. S. Williams; secretary and treasurer, Mr.P . N. Bundle • auditor,. Mr. R. L. Hicks; affiliation committee, Messrs. C. Brvant, J. knudsen, and Bundle; reinstatement committee, Messrs. C. T. Buchanan, Knudsen, and Bundle.
