Sir Douglas Haig reports: ""There . has been intermittent shelling by the j enemy at Gueudecourt and south of ( Arras. Sir Douglas Haig reports that the enemy's attempted raid southward' of Neuve Chapelle, and the bombing attack eastward of Caroncy were repulsed. "Wo made two successful raids eastward of Ypres." FRENCH OFFICIAL COMMUNIQUE. London, November 29. A French official communique states: "There has been fairly great reciprocal artillery work south of the Somme and in tho sectors of Biacbcs and Pressoir." (Aiißt,.-N.Z. Cablo Assn. &thl Renter.)
