MAGISTRATE'S COURT
Mr. L. G. Reid, S.M., was on the bench iu the Magistrate's Court yesterdav moriiiug. On a charge of theft of £5 belonging to Edward Young, Nellie l'arris was. remanded for a week. For disobedience of maintenance orders. Benjamin Ede, Peter Lane, Albert Walter Cooke,, and. Bernard M'lixtma were ordered to -he imprisoned nr. less amounts were paid off the arrears. Mary Eridgct Paris was granted separation, maintenance, and guardianship orders against Henry Paris, "lie wife was allowed £1 a week, and each, child 7s. 6d. a week.
