By Telegraph—Press Association. Christchurch, November 18. At the Supreme Court, Mr. Justice Sim sentenced Arthur Htrbert Cooper, for forging and uttering, to three rears' reformative treatmont. Edward Atherton do Houghton Delatour was found guilty on charges of indecent assault on males. Accused was described by the police as an educated degenerate of the worst type, .who had for many yeais conttminated qoys. Prisoner was sentenced to seven years' imprisonment ■on each of three oharges, the sentences to be cumulative.
