FINED £5 FOR "SHOUTING"

In tho Magistrate's Court -to-day, Arthur Rose, licensee of the Cafe de Paris Hotel, was charged with having permitted treating, Dora Mullins was charged with having served treated drinks, and Hugh Charles Grahamo was charged with having "shouted." Grahame was fined £5, and the cases against the others were dismissed, the Bench remarking that the licensee had taken every precaution, and that the barmaid would he given the benefit of the doubt.
