A MINISTERIAL CONFERENCE. By Telegraph—Press Association. Christchurch, November 16. The Hon. G. AV. Eusscll stated that he will hold a Ministerial conference regarding tho encouragement of scien-tific-research in connection with proposals put forward by tho New Zealand Institute. Another scheme is the pub-, lication of a quarterly journal of science, devoted to scientific knowledge of the Dominion.
