APOLSGY TO HOLLAND
FOR BREACH OF NEUTRALITY Australian-New Zealand Cable Association. (Eco. November 5, 5.5 p.m.) • Amsterdam, November 3. Germany has apologised to Holland for the flight of a Zoppelin over Dutch territory on Ootober 22, aud explains that owing to motor difficulties the Zeppelin, was obliged to drop two benzine tanks. The commander of the airship thought ho was over Belgian territory.
