BREEDERS'MEET. ' The annual Reneral meeting of the Milking Shorthorn Association was held during tho show. Mr. Ed. Law, vicoprosident, was elected to the chair. 'l'he report of tho -President (Mr. James 0. Wright) congratulated the membei'B on the very substantial progress made by the association during tho past year. Several new members were elected. Tile following officers were elected: — President, Mr. W. E. Barber ; vicepresidents, Messrs. Ed. Law and J. Wright; council, Messrs. D. 'Buick, inn., Hodges, and Morgan (these gentlemen wero elected to fill the vacancy on the council caused through retiring members); treasurer, Mr. D.. Buick, jiin.
