A FINE CLEAR DAY
There is no hope for the man—or woman —who had a grievance against tho weather yesterday. It was a per-' feet day, clear, sunny, ,and mild, with promise of summer in tho light, uncertain breeze that rose and fell, and rose again. In the bald technicalities of the Weather Bureau, the charm of yesterday is lost. "Anti-cyclonic conditions,'' says Mr. Bates, "have ruled, with variable winds." The immediate futuro is promising. "Present indications," lio says, "nro for freshening, northerly, winds everywhere soon." We are to have fair weather, But ''increasing cloudiness, foflowotfby a change shortly."
