THE WORST IS OVER VON FALKENHAYN IN DIFFICULTIES. ' _ _ London, October 31. The opinion in Rumanian official circles in London is that the worst is over. The frill pressure of Russian help will be felt in a few days. A telegram from Switzerland states'that von Falkenhayn has asked for heavy reinforcements, as being absolutely neccssary to check the RussoRumanian pressure, especially on the Wallachian front (Western Rumania), where the Gorman losses have been considerable.
