MAGISTRATE'S COURT
Mr. L. G. Keid, S.M., presided, iu tho Magistrate's Court on Saturday. For insobriety, Henry A. Pinnager was fined 10s. Charles Waiters Lynch pleaded guilty to a charge of Attempting suicide on October 18 by shooting hjnisclf with a revolver. Ho waTs coivncted and ordered to come up for sentenco when I called on, to pay £3 expenses, and to I go to the Ohiro Homo for a term: Thomas Anderson was fined £3 for assaulting Morcly Evans. Half tho fine is to go-to Evans. For theft of- £11 worth of property from Frank A. Dinnio, Hori Robertson tfas sentenced to twenty-one days' imprisonment.
