ZEPPELIN OVER HOLLAND

The "Telegraaf" angrily complains of theflight of a Zeppelin over Holland on .Sunday, and asks why it was not fired on, and why the Government does not protest. It suggosts that a precedent has been established, by which Holland cannot complain if Allied airmen cross her territory in order to bomb Krupps and other arms factories in Germany.
