There was a largo attendance at the Sailors' Friend Society last night, when an oxcellent exhibition of living pictures was shown through the kindness of the New Zealand Pictures, Ltd. The pictures were of a varied nature, and were ably shown by Mr. Lauchlin, assisted by Mr. Sergetnt, of R.M.S lonic. Mr. Whitman acted as pianist. At the conclusion a vote of thanks to the entertainers was moved by the Missioner (Mr. Moore), and heartily carried.
