Sir, —It is wonderful to read complaints by tho people regarding the price of butter end cheese and blame tho producer. It is not tho war that is tho cause, and it is not the farmer. Now I'yy tell you who is tho wholo and solo cause- of expensive farm produce. Ever since tho hind agents came into existence to boom up tho prices of land, they, aii'l not tho farmer, are to blame. So long as tho Government allow these men to continue on the lines that they aro now doing, so long will tho prices of foodstuffs riso.
