AUSTRIAN ATROCITIES IN TRANSYLVANIA.
Berne, October 22. The Austro-Hungariaii authorities are perpetrating atrocities on tho Rumanian inhabitants of tho reconquered districts in Transylvania. Twentyseven, including .three mayors, havo been hanged for welcoming the Rumanian invaders, and over a thousand mada prisoner.

Experts state that the Italians hare sent two hundred thousand men to the Balkans, and the Russians eight to ten divisions to the Dobrndja.
