On the 10th day of Juno, 1908, tho Petitioner, being then a Spinster, was lawfully married to Edward Peter Breen, then of Wellington, Engineer, at St. Joseph's Roimau Catholic Church, : in Buckle Street, Wellington, by the Reverend Fatliur Thomas O'Shea. 2. After iier said marriage tho Petitioner lived and cohabited with her- said husband in Wellington and in Johnsonvillo, near Wellington, until the 21th day of August, 1911, and the Petitioner 1 and her Husband, the said Edward Peter Breen, have had no issue of their marriage. 3. On tho 21th day of August, 1911, the said Edward Peter Breen wilfully deserted tho. Petitioner, without just cause, arid for five years and upwards, namely, from that date down to the present time, has continued to desert the Petitioner wihout just cause. i.
