QUESTION TO BE CONSIDERED (Australian-New Zealand Cable Association. i London, October 20. - Official.—-Tho President of tbo Board pf Trade (Mr. Runciman) has appointed Sir Geraid Muntz (President of tho Institute' of Metals) chairman of a committee to consider the position after the war, especially in relation to tho international competition of tradors in lead, copper, tin, 'and other non-fer-rous metals and to report what -measures, if any, aro necessary or desirablo to safeguard tho position.
