AGREEMENT REACHED ON THE MEAT PROBLEM Aurtrnlian-New Zealand Cable Association, (Reo. October 18, 1.86 a.m.) London, - October 17. After lengthy conferences with Mty Runciman at the Board of Trade, MAMassey and Sir Joseph Ward have practically reaohed an, agreement on all points in regard to the meat question, except as regards the price. - He officers of the battle-cnriser Nef Zealand have telegraphed inviting both' Mr. Massey and Sir Joseph Ward to visit the ship. Mr. Bonar Law has entertained Mr.' Massey and Sir Joseph Ward at dinner. British Cabinet Ministers were present.
