GERMAN COURTS-MARTIAL IN BRUSSELS

ENGLISH DOCTOR ON TRIAL

London, October 17. The "Daily Telegraph's" correspondent at Rotterdam reports that fourteen persons aro being court-martialled in Brussels to-day. They include an Englishman, Dr. Bull, who is_ oharged with providing Nurse Cavell with funds to assist the Allies' soldieTs to escape. Dr. Bull is 63 yeare of age, and has long been ' resident in Brussels. He was formerly King Albert's dentist.

Mr.' Brand Whitlock (the American Consul at Brussels), who tried to save Nurse Cavell, is watching the trial.
