GERMANY'S TASK AFTER THE WAR
Australian-New Zealand Cable Association, Amsterdam, Ootober 16. In iJio Reichstag, Dr. Helfferich (the Imperial Treasurer) said that among Germany's chief tasks after the war would be the rearrangement of capital for industrialism, the elimination of female labour, finding work for es-sol-diers, building up new shipping credits, and finding raw material. Dr. Helfferich mentioned that an Im•perial Commissionar was appointed as early as August, 1914, to superintend the transition period after the war.
