Dominion: It is anticipated that the jumping events 1 wjll bo quite up to-the usual standard. For city: enthusiasts and. supporters the Railway Department is putting on a special train from Thorndon station on Friday, November 3, 1 which is People's Day in Palmerston North. The running of this train will allow patrons to.go to and from tho shoiv an one day, and that in comfort.
Complaint has been made that, travellers have ■ had to stand in crowded trains on ; tho return journey after a tiring day. ~ This will now be. obviated, and it is hoped that a. very large number from Wellington, will avail themselves of the chance to visit tho big show. . ■ , ■
