MOTOR-CYCLE ACCIDENT. By Telegraph—Press Association. Blenheim, October 13. In a motor-cycle collision in Blenheim this morning Mr. A. J. Wicks was violently thrown, fracturing flic base of his skull. He w'as taken to the hospital. MINER KILLED. Waihi, October 13. John M'lhtosh, an experienced miner and shaftsniiin,- fell out of a cage while descending oho of the Waihi Company's shafts this afternoon. The h'ody, ; torHbly mutilated, was found at the bottom' of the sliaft.'_ Deceased leave's a widow and five children.'
