It. is believed. that Mr. John Redmond (tho Irish Leader) will declare himself against conscription, but it is not improbable that a- national recruiting scheme will be suggested .in order to maintain the strength of the Irish regiments. . Tho Kerry County Council has passed, a resolution warning the Government that, tho enforcement, of conscription will result in turmoil and bloodshed.
