ANNIVERSARY ARRANGEMENTS. Throughout the Empire on October 12 the death-of Nurse Cavell will be com-, memorated (states the Sydney "Telegraph")- Arrangements .are. now being, made .by the committee of--the Edith; •Caveil "Memorial -Association in, Sydney,' of which Lady Cullen is the president,, for a fitting commemoration. iii Sydney.
