I. ... ►— SUDDEN. DEATH IN A TEA ROOMd' Fly Telegraph—Press Association. Chrlstohuroh, September 2-5. ; A woman died suddenly in a toa-rootrf in Armagh Street on Saturday. Sho was identified yesterday as Nellie Horn/ aged about 35, whose relatives reside in 'Wollington. She was hero on a holiday, and died while drinking a cup of ,tea. Her relatives 'had only lately, arrived in Wellington from Hobart. SUICIDE. .Ghristchurch, September So. Joseph Henry Elstoh, agjod 65, al moulder, residing'in Barbadoos Street, hanged, himself on Saturday night. Ho had been suffering from delusions as the result of an accident sustained re oently. LITTLE BOY DROWNED. Chrislchuroh, September 25. David Sturrock, aged ton years, was 1 drowned in the Rivor Avon this afternoon by falling over the side of a boat. FARM LABOURER'S SUICIDE. Dunedin, September 25. A' farm labouror namccf W. F. Johnstone, employed by Mr. P. Sim, at Crookston, committed suicido by hanging himself with a piece of fencing wire, in an unoccupied hut, which ha set on fire before taking his life.. When Mr. Sim went to investigate tho walls wero falling in, and tho 'body -was much burned. Deceased, who had been in tho district only a few had previously been an inmate of a mental hospital. FIRE AT MORISON'S BUSH. By Telegraph.—(Special Correspondent.! Creytown, September 25. A fire occurred in an outbuilding at Morison's "Bush Hotel. The building and some of the contents were destroyed. Tho building was insured for £100 in the New Zealand Insurance office. A motor-car was rescued from the shed. The origin of tho fire is unknown.
