THE DIVER'S'REPORT. By TelegrapliT-Press Association. Napier, September 25.. The diver's report on the Tongariro is unfavourable to the continuance of further salvage operations. Both halves of the ship have broken .up, and it is impossible to conduot operations on a paving basis. The small coastal vessel whioh was standing by has been recalled.
