No additional cases of cerebrospinal meningitis ,havo boon reported in tho military camps. The cases now under treatment aro stated to bo pro•grpssing favourablyj several may soon bo off the serious list. SurgconGoneral Henderson, Director of Medical Services, mentioned'on Saturday that as a result of a careful medical examination of ■ tho men of the Seventeenth Reinforcements five soldiers had been, isolated ou account of their being "carriers." Tho men concerned appeared healthy themselves, hut they were liable to transmit the germ of cerebrospinal meningitis to others. Proper treatment was being applied to them.
