9 SOME TEMPORARY APPOINTMENTS. The following appointments of temporary instructors to the Staff are notified in District Orders, dated August 31:— Sergt.-Major J. H. T. Munro, 9th "(Hawke's Bay) Regiment, late N\Z. Expeditionary Force, Samoa, has been appointed sergt.-instructor on the N.Z. Temporary Staff as from July 24, 1916, and posted to sub-area sergt.-major, No. 26 Area, vice Sergt.-instructor C. E. Lee, appointed to N.Z. Expeditionary Force. Sergt. J. T. M'Loughlin, late N.Z. Volunteer Force, is appointed sorgt.instructor on the N.Z. Temporary Staff, as.from July 14, 1916, and posted as sub-area sergt.-Major at No. 25 Area, Gisborne, vice Sergt.-Major W. H. Jones, appointed to N.Z. Expeditionary Force. ' Sergt.-instructor C. Brookp, N.Z. Temporary Staff, Groun Q.M.S. to No. 7a Group, Masterton. is struck off the strength, a s from July 12, 1916. Corpl. J. J. M'Leary, late N.Z. Expeditionary Force, is appointed sergt.instructor N.Z. Temporary Staff, as from July 27, 1916, and posted to Group No. 7a, Masterton. as Groun Q.M.S., vice Sergt.-instructor C. Brooke. Sergt.-instructor -T. Farrell, N.Z. Temporary'" Staff, sub-area ser«t-major No. 29 Area, New Plymouth, is transferred to Taumarunui, as from August 98, 1916, as sub-area sergt.-Major, No. 32 Area. ". Sergt.-Major N. G. Oman, late N.Z. Expeditionary Force, is anoointed sergt.-iiTstruetor on the N.Z. Temnornry Staff, as- from Aiif'st 18, 1916, and is posted to Group No. 8, as subarea sergt.-major.
