James J. Esson, C.M.G., returned from active service for homo duties, to be Deputy-Officer in Charge of Administration, attached to Headquarters Staff, and is graded as De-puty-Quartermaster-General while so employed; dated September 9, 1916. Royal New Zealand Artillery. Honorary Lieutenant William O. Bradley is granted the temporary rank of honorary captain while employed as instructor of artillery in N.Z. Expeditionary Force training camps; dated 'April 27, 1915. The grant of tomporary rank of honorary captain to Hon. Lieutenant Honry A. Wilson is limited to tho period "while employed as equitation instructor in tho N.Z. Expeditionary Force training camps." Now Zealand Field Artillery. Lieutenant David A. Ewen from the Reserve of Officers to be lieutenant D Mountain Battery, Wellington; dated August 30, 1916. Corps -of New Zealand Eugineers. I'hillip C.
