STAFF APPOINTMENTS

.— $ SOME CHANGES ANNOUNCED. 'Captain P. W. Skelley, of the New Zealand Staff, who has been, AssistantAdjutant General at Defence Headquarters since November, 1914, will, prgceed to the front in the near futujo with ono of the reinforcements. He - will bo succeeded by Major James Osborne-Lilly, who is at present acting as Office Commanding No. 18 Group (Masterton). Captain H- W. MartynRoberts, commanding No. 6 Group (Palmerston North), will succeed Major Osborne-Lilly at Masterton, and Captain Michael M'Donnelly of the Staff Corps, mil take charge of No. 6 Group. Major S. G. Sandle, 11.N.Z.A., has been appointed staff officer to tho Commander, Wellington Coast Defence Troops; and Captain W. B. P. Thring, R.N.Z.A., has become Adjutant to the Wellington Garrison Artillery Division.
