RETURNED SOLDIER SUES FOR DIVORCE
_ 9 By Telegraph—Press Association. Greymouth, September 19. In tho case Gibbons v. Gibbons, heard in tho' Supreme- Court to-day, tho petitioner, a returned soldier, applied for a divorce on tho ground of alleged adultery. There was no appearance of the respondent or co-re-spondent. A decree nisi was granted, to be made absolute in three months.
