LUNCHEON AT THE REFORM CLUB. Australian-New Zealand Cable Association. ' (Rec. September 19, 7.20 p.m.) . London, September 18. The Now Zealand High Commissioner (Sir Thomas Mackenzie) entertained at luncheon tho New Zealand Parliamentarians at the Reform Club. Mr. Oarnoross is leaving for home tomorrow. Sir James Carroll is remaining in London for a few weeks. In their speeches, Sir James Carroll and Mr. Camcross emphasised the value of their trip. • Sir Peter M'Brido (Agent-General for Victoria) said that representatives desired 1 to express their indebtedness to Sir Thomas Mackenzie for the assistance and guidance they had received! on many important matters.
