CITIZENS 'XMAS GIFT FUND
1 Arrangements have now been completed for the sals of flags, flowers, and badges on. the day the Seventeenth Reinforcements parade. The public on the line of march will be enabled to procure on the spot' a Union Jack, which will help to enliven the march of the troops. Tho flag to be offered is something superior to those general-, ly on sale in the streets, and quite, suitable as a memento for tho children. The soldiers love to have flowers bestowed upon them, wearing them in their hats and their belts. The people should see that they buy flowers in tho morning and afternoon, and flags all the time, to givo gladness to tho parade and help the Citizens' Christmas Gift Fund.
