MASTER-TON SESSIONS OPEN. By Telegraph—Press Association. Masterton, September 18. Tlio Supreme Court opened here today before Mr. Justice Chapman. Tho Grand Jury returned truo bills against William Tosswill, solicitor, of I'ahiatua, against whom tliero- were iivo charges of theft of trust moneys. On the application of counsel for the accused, hearing of tlie case was fixed for Wellington on Saturday next. Four civil cases set down for hearing wcro adjourned, and the appeal against _■ the decision of Mr. Rcid, S.M;, in a liquor case was withdrawn. 'Dccrcos nisi wero granted in tlio following divorce cases. —Golightly v. Golightly and another, husband's petition, on grounds of adultery; Doer v. Doer, wifo's potition, on grounds of desertion; Donnelly v. Donnelly and Wilsons husband's petition, 011 grounds of adultery; Boyos v. Boyes and Pethorick, husband's potition, on grounds of adultery,
