The finding of the Court of Inquiry into the wreck of the Stormbird is that the disaster was due Ho misadventure, the oause being attributed to tho sea striking the bow just as the vessel felt the effect of soa and .wind towards the end of the north mole, when the ship was in light trim; and tho bow being thrown towards the south mole, tho vossel was driven broadside on to the mole; also tho vessel had insufficient sea room to recover herself beforo striking. There was no contributing act or fault on tho part of pilot or captain. .
