DOUBLE VICTORY IN BRITISH COLUMBIA. Australian-New Zealand Cable Assooialion. (Rec. September 16, 4.35 p.m.) Vancouver, September 15. British Columbia has granted women's Suffrage and Prohibition—exclusive of soldiers' votes, which aro now being taken in Britain and Franco —by a majority of 8000.
