A further remand 'for a week was granted by, Mr. .Cutten when , John Brown was charged in tho Police Court with tho attempted murder of Thomas Kelly. Suh-Inspector M'llveney stated that tho injured man was now out of danger. Ho was to bo examined l>y means of X-rays, and was expected to appear next week. Mr. M'Veagh, for the accused, asked for hail. This was granted, in accuscd's own bond of £200 and two sureties of £100 each.
